Got back yesterday from the loong trip. We summited (Uhuru Peak, 5985m, 19400ft, top of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa) on Dec 30th. I am compiling my notes and pictures for a more detailed write up. For now here is the obligatory summit picture (Susheel and I):
